Fostering Linkages in Academic Innovation and Research (FLAIR)
FLAIR is an initiative by the Government of Kerala that aims to provide faculty members
with opportunities to engage in research and academic pursuits. Dr. Arunlal K, Assistant
Professor of English, served as the FLAIR Coordinator for the college. The teachers also
participate in the FLAIR orientation programme. One of our faculty members was chosen for
this project based on his qualifications. The faculty under this receive specialised training and
have the opportunity to engage in international collaborative research.
