WALK WITH A SCHOLAR PROGRAMME (WWS)
The Directorate of Collegiate Education has effectively executed a range of initiatives. Walk
With a Scholar is also an initiative established by the Directorate of Collegiate Education.
The college has effectively implemented this programme. A total of 50 Mentees were chosen
from the departments of the college. Their selection was determined by a comprehensive
evaluation of their academic performance, personal interests, potential, and abilities. The
groups were subdivided into five cohorts, with each cohort comprising six mentees. A mentor
assists each batch at a given period. The mentees of this course receive internal mentoring
sessions and external mentoring sessions. Each mentor conducted internal mentoring
sessions. External mentorship sessions were conducted, facilitated by specialists from several
sectors.
