Grievance
The Grievance Redressal Cell of the college plays a crucial role in maintaining
justice, fairness, and accountability within the academic environment. Despite the challenges
it faces, the cell’s commitment to impartiality and fairness ensures that grievances are
resolved in a just manner, contributing to the overall well-being of the college community.
The Grievance Redressal Cell is not just a mechanism for conflict resolution; it is a
cornerstone of the college’s commitment to upholding the rights and dignity of all its
members. Grievances are heard at the department level initially by the department level
grievance cells and if not resolved forwarded to the Principal and the Grievance Redressal
Committee of the college. The committee represents the college’s commitment to maintaining
transparency, justice, and an equitable environment where every member of the community
feels heard and respected. The Grievance Redressal Cell serves as a crucial mechanism for
conflict resolution, reinforcing trust and accountability within the institution.
